ABOUT US
Back in 2013, out of our love for wholesome food, and driven by our desire for sustainable farming, we began this project.
Our goal was to look for ways to produce fresh greens so that we could maximize our yield while reducing the impact on Jordan's natural resources.
Soon enough we realized the constraints that most forms of traditional agriculture present in Jordan: water scarcity, a majority of non-arable land in the country, and the widespread use of commercial pesticides and industrial fertilizers leaching into fresh groundwater.
Something had to change.
What if we could do it differently? What if we could waste as little water as possible and produce more in the meantime? What if we could transform the desert into agricultural land, and produce a source of animal protein too?
Our aquaponic farm was born out of the need to address the local and global impending food crisis.
We farm following organic practices, though we are not yet certified by any governing bodies.

Our greens are crisp and bursting with flavor. A few years into our pilot project, we are proud to bring our harvest to you. It's good for our families, and it's good for our Earth.
